Peter Kane is a hands-on, practical farm management professional with deep roots in New Zealand agriculture. He and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his rural advisory role with NZ Farm Management. Based in the North Island, he works across key farming regions including Hawke’s Bay, Waikato, Taranaki, and Manawatu, bringing a results-driven approach to pasture-based farming, animal performance, and land-use planning.

Jason is a Waikato-based dairy farming consultant with more than 30 years of experience in New Zealand’s dairy industry. He combines extensive hands-on farming experience with a strong understanding of farm systems, business performance, and people leadership.
Together with his wife Megan, Jason built a successful 26-year sharemilking career across the Waikato, culminating in a 500-cow 50/50 sharemilking operation near Horsham Downs, Hamilton. This experience has provided him with valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing modern dairy farming businesses.

Tilly is a passionate member of the farming industry and a valuable addition to the NZFM team. Alongside her husband, she operates a 350ha sheep and beef finishing farm in Central Hawke’s Bay.
With a passion for connecting great people with the right opportunities, Tilly is committed to building strong relationships across the farming community. Her goal is to support farmers and industry professionals by sourcing talented individuals who share a dedication to innovative and productive farming practices.
